Since Lucasgift was transformed to be marketplace in the Summer 2024, we needed to differentiate the rules and policies between Sellers and Buyers.

Free Shipping & Free Returns

This is one of the most important rule you need to consider while becoming a seller on Lucasgift. By joining Lucasgift, you agree to provide this offer on all of your products.

By using the website, both Buyers and Sellers agree to obey Luca's Promise rules in the case of issues on any order.

   • Luca's Promise

For the Free Shipping and Free Returns policy, we need Sellers to be mindful about their shipping and possible return costs while pricing their items. On the other hand, Buyers also need to be aware of 2-hours cancellation or modification window as orders with late Cancellation or Modification requests are not eligible for return or refund. So, please double check before placing an order.

   • Free Shipping & Free Return Policy

Apart from Free Shipping and Free Return, Lucasgift guarantees max. 14 days of delivery on every product. If your order still does not show up after 14 days, you are eligible to claim Luca's Promise, please check that page for details. All Sellers on Lucasgift must fulfill their orders within 7 days and ship out with up to max 7 days of carrier service. Products require more than 7 days of fulfillment period is not eligible to be sold on Lucasgift.
