Login to your account and find the order you want to track. You will see a tracking number if your seller shipped your item(s).
If you cannot see any tracking number, that means seller has not shipped the order yet. You can Raise a Query to contact your seller about the shipment time.
If it says Delivered and you did not receive any package, you can Raise a Query to contact your seller about the shipment issue. Please keep in mind, some carriers like USPS sometimes updates tracking earlier than actual delivery, so, please give 1 to 4 business days for actual delivery. If there is still no package after 4 business days, then Lucasgift will issue a full refund. Use below form to contact Lucasgift directly!

If you are not satisfied with the seller's response, you can always use below form to contact Lucasgift. Please note that Lucasgift can only take action if there is dispute between buyer and seller. So, please contact your seller first.
You have 2 hours to request any changes after placing an order. All sellers and buyers agree this rule upon using Lucasgift.

Your funds will be available 14 days after you fulfill your orders. The transfers are made automatically and on every Monday through PayPal only.
You can go to your Seller panel to see your due amounts and previous payments under Orders->Payments section.
Also, under Orders->Commissions section, you can see how much you earned from particular sale you made.
If you have a sale and still cannot see any due on your Payments screen, that means 14 days after the fulfillment haven't passed yet. You can see those earnings on the Commissions screen individually.
