Even though Lucasgift is only focused on Personalized Gift items and it is normally NOT allowed to return personalized items, we think that no sale should be final unless customer is happy.
So, we will gladly accept your return request if you are unhappy with your purchase.
You just need to go to your account, find the order you'd like to return and you will be given the instructions and free return label after your request for return. You will be refunded fully!
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging has been discarded, torn or damaged, please use proper packaging for your return.
Also note that, we have a 30-day window for the return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to start a return request.
